Jack LaLanne
I can recall as a very young child visiting my grandmother and watching the Jack LaLanne show with her, but as I recall I was the one exercising.
Currently in his mid nineties, Jack appears to continue to have good health. The last recorded physical feat on his website was at age seventy. “Once again handcuffed and shackled, Jack fought strong winds and currents as he swam 1.5 miles while towing 70 boats with 70 people from the Queen’s Way Bridge in the Long Beach Harbor to the Queen Mary.”
This clip is from Jack’s show when he was in his forties, and it talks about the fountain of youth. Maybe Jack was on to something…

All discussion in this category relates to the health of our physical bodies, form diet and exercise, to colds and flu, to fashion and beauty, or basically anything we put into or on our bodies.
This author writes from the perspective of a mid-forties female, never married who has been an athlete to an obese person going back to being an athlete.
I’ve enjoyed good health despite spending about five years about seventy pounds overweight. I grew up with allergies to a lot of things, and they were so bad I never knew what is was like to fully breath through my nose. But thanks to some products I started taking about thirteen years ago, even my cat allergies are gone.
